SMS Communications & Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive SMS notifications from Bexar County Community Health Collaborative (BCCHC / The Health Collaborative), you agree to receive text messages regarding appointment reminders, intake updates, and community health notifications.
Informational SMS messages and marketing or promotional SMS messages are separate communication programs. Clients may consent to either program, both programs, or neither program. Consent to receive informational messages does not authorize marketing or promotional messages. The Health Collaborative obtains separate written consent before sending marketing or promotional SMS messages.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service interaction.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any text message.
Customer Support: For help or assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact us at (210) 481-2573.
Consent: Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving services, assistance, or completing any transaction with The Health Collaborative.
Delivery: Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is not guaranteed.
Privacy & Data Security: Mobile opt-in consent and data will strictly not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Please review our Privacy Policy.
SMS Consent Form
To review our optional SMS authorization form, open the SMS Consent and Authorization Form (PDF).
Opening or downloading the form does not provide SMS consent. SMS consent occurs only through the separate, voluntary authorization process.
Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful purposes, including learning about our programs, contacting our team, registering for events, reading public updates, accessing community resources, and downloading public reports made available by The Health Collaborative.
Public reports may be downloaded for personal, educational, informational, or other non-commercial use. Commercial reuse, resale, republication, or broad redistribution requires prior written permission unless otherwise allowed by law.
Accounts and administrator access
Public users cannot create their own accounts. Account creation and access are controlled by The Health Collaborative. Certain features are restricted to authorized users, such as administrators or content managers.
Authorized users must keep login credentials confidential, must not share accounts, and are responsible for actions taken through their accounts. We may suspend or revoke access if credentials are compromised, shared, misused, or no longer needed.
Event registration and payments
Event registration information must be accurate, complete, and submitted by a person authorized to register. Registration may be conditional on successful payment confirmation and reconciliation.
Payments may be processed by Zeffy or another third-party payment provider. Payment providers may have their own terms, fees, refund processes, and privacy practices.
Registration fees are generally non-refundable unless The Health Collaborative approves a refund. Refund requests, if any, are handled case-by-case. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify registrations, including registrations that appear false, duplicate, unauthorized, unpaid, or inconsistent with event requirements.
Events and program changes
We may update, reschedule, cancel, limit, or modify events, programs, services, registration options, pricing, speakers, locations, and availability at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes when appropriate.
